Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person promptly and courteously.
- Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Update customer accounts and maintain data integrity.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product changes, company policies, and best practices in customer service.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
